Delivery Information

We deliver throughout Houston, Dallas & East Texas during your selected delivery window. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, construction, parking access, or other unforeseen delays.

Residential Deliveries

We will contact the recipient prior to delivery to confirm someone is available to receive the order.

Balloons cannot safely be left unattended, but if no one responds or is home, we may leave the order outside at the delivery address provided.

Once delivered, Big Ass Balloons is not responsible for balloons that pop, fly away, are damaged, or are stolen.

Surprise Deliveries

Want to keep it a surprise? No problem! Please let us know in your order notes and confirm someone will be available during the delivery window.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check all delivery information before placing your order. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or recipient information.

Outdoor & Weather Disclaimer

Balloons are fragile and can be affected by heat, sunlight, humidity, and wind.

For outdoor events:

  • Shaded areas are strongly recommended
  • Direct sunlight and high Texas heat may cause balloons to expand or pop
  • Wind can shift installations or damage balloons

Due to extreme summer temperatures, additional installation fees may apply for outdoor installs May–September.

Refunds will not be provided for balloons damaged after delivery due to weather or outdoor conditions.
