What is The Balloon Room?
The Balloon Room is a BADASS annual balloon exhibit put on by yours truly, Big Ass Balloons! The exhibit is a walk-through experience and will be filled with over-the-top, awe-inspiring, and just straight up “extra” balloon installations. We will be featuring different seasons, worlds, and backdrops; all made entirely out of balloons!

Tickets
General Admission
Date: Saturday 8/24 and Sunday 8/25
Time: 9AM-12PM, 12PM-3PM, 3PM-6PM or 6PM-8PM
Price: $20 per person
Free admission for children 2 years old and under
Private Sessions
Date: Friday 8/23
Times: Hourly sessions from 8AM-7PM
Price: $60 per person – 1 hour time slots (24 people max per hour)

Parking Instructions
You will pull into The Revaire off Old Katy Road. Please park in the parking spots from the front of the building to the grand canopy entrance. You will enter the event under the canopy. If there are no parking spots available, please wait until a spot opens up! Please do not park in any of our neighbor’s lots, as we cannot guarantee that you won’t be towed.
What to Expect
Check-in will be indoors at the entrance. There will be beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks available for purchase!
FAQ
What should I bring?
- Yourself, your BFFaeae, baby-daddy, grandma, kids, etc. (Must have their own ticket unless under 3 years old)
- Your order confirmation number
- Your photo ID
- The most fun outfit(s) you own. (There is a public restroom for you to utilize)
- Camera
- Props
- That tutu that’s been in your closet for 5 years 😉
*Please keep all belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for any lost/missing tutus or any other items.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Unfortunately not, you must buy your tickets in advance on our website.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Sure, if you can’t make it, please email us at pr@bigassballoons.com with name change request! Each ticket has a unique order number with associated name and can only be used once.
How long can we stay inside?
For general admission: As long as you would like in your selected 3-hour time slot. However, we ask that you only stand in front of each installation for a max of 1-2 minutes to be respectful of the others waiting (if there is a line).
For private sessions: As long as you would like within the hour time slot selected. There are limited tickets sold for these sessions, so you should not have to wait longer than a few minutes (or at all) in front of the installations.
Is the exhibit self-guided?
Yep! Explore at your own pace but be respectful of others time and space when photographing.
What will the installations look like?
It is a surprise, but to help with outfit selections, think; Fall, winter, spring, summer, underwater worlds, galaxies, flowers, sweets, etc., etc…
Is there natural lighting?
It will be well lit indoors, but no natural lighting. Bring your flash, just in case!
Is this exhibit appropriate for all ages?
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Most installations are more about looking than touching, so we ask that adults supervise accordingly.
Can I bring food/drinks inside?
Unfortunately not, BUT there will be A CASH BAR inside that you can purchase snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and there will be a snowcone food truck outside! You cannot bring any outside food or beverages indoors.
Are there restrooms?
Yes, there are public restrooms indoors that can be used as changing rooms as well.
Is re-entry allowed?
Sorry! Re-entry will NOT be allowed once you leave the building.
